3947 – July 14, 2026 – It’s Not WHAT You Say, It’s HOW You Say It – That was a comment from a supervisor when I was in healthcare. As a receptionist, nurse, switchboard operator or WHATEVER… you need to be kind to the patients, which are also clients. AS well as to your fellow workers.
We talk about the media bias and how they will SPIN a story… BUT just reading the headlines sometimes is telling. They same story will have numerous “connotations,” steering the reader to an opinion.
