They’ve messed with the 3% of Americans that aren’t willing to take the stripping of our liberties sitting down!
Mondays seem to roll around fast… but then so does the corruption and bullying of government…
Today we’re discussing yet another infringement on property. Why does the fed seem to think it has the right to just take land? IT DOES NOT… and WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO PUSH BACK!
During Friday’s FREE-4-ALL… we had a caller at the end of the show… Bud May While on air I received an e-mail from Sheriff Mack inviting me to a South Dakota this coming Wednesday! Richard’s e-mail and the following Press Release attached!
PRESS RELEASE….
Will there be a third Wounded Knee? Wednesday June 25th, the anniversary of the infamous conflict at the Little Bit Horn between General Custer, the Northern Cheyenne and the Lakota Sioux, the residents of the Pine Ridge Reservation will ascend upon Wounded Knee to protest the theft of their land by the Federal Government.
The Oglala Sioux and Lakota Sioux of the reservation have been told the Federal Government will be taking land that comprises the “South Unit of the Badlands National Park.” Both tribal members and non tribal members will be stripped of their deeded land at a price set by the government. The tribe will also lose the income from grazing allotments on the land and their income from the north gate fees of the Badlands National Park.

In some cases, this will be the 3rd time tribal members have been moved from their land and they say they will not comply with the latest order from the government. Tribal members are frustrated with the tribal council, which has gone against the will of the people to back the park. All 9 districts on the reservation have passed unanimous resolutions against the park along with the Shannon County Commissioners and several South Dakota State legislators.
Sheriff Richard Mack of the constitutional Sheriff’s and Peace Officers Association will be with us and speak in Wounded Knee about the Constitutional authority of the Sheriffs to push back against this kind of federal intrusion. If you haven’t heard Sheriff Mack speak, please plan on joining us, you are in for a patriotic treat!
The ride on Wednesday hopes to bring outside attention to this issue. Many Nebraska and South Dakota ranchers will be riding with the tribe to show their support of private property rights and grazing rights. Riders coming from outside the reservation will meet at the Gordon Legion parking lot and proceed to the Vera Falk property on the reservation where they will meet with reservation riders to begin.
All members of the press are invited and encouraged to come. After the ride, everyone is invited to the Gordon Legion for a BBQ and Pow Wow Drum demonstration.

If the territory of Nevada is mostly federal – why was it given the status of a state’s name, and passed off as a state? This isn’t being transparent about what has happened with this territory…
States’ Rights were to be equal across the original United States of Americas continent – with the exception of the one Washington that is the District of Columbia, and is federal. Have a large portion of states legally become districts of the government?
To deny people access to land that produces food baffles me. Food eradicates hunger, and supports life. True justice eradicates poverty with jobs and equal opportunities in the United States of America which supports Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
As a citizen of _____________________________ I’m deeply concerned regarding “big federal government’s” taking of land in this nation. Government management of this nation’s land is unconstitutional as I’m sure you are aware.
As my ___________________________ it is your duty to preserve and protect my liberty so that in the State of _____________________________ I have equality and freedom allowing me liberty, which is given to me by Creator God and secured in this land by the United States Constitution! The powers of organized government are held back and severely restricted by The Bill of Rights!
States Sovereignty is vital and important to the security and prosperity of these United States!
