Strong families make a strong nation and the faithfulness of fathers should not be taken for granted. Ryan T Anderson wrote in “Celebrate Fathers’ Day, Not Parent Day” that while the law might be “evolving,” children aren’t. I felt he made extremely good points and astout observations in his article.

Peter King made a statement that I felt was a bit “arrogant” and characteristic of how power greedy the GOP elite have become. This statement came after House Marjoirty Leader Eric Cantor lost his seat in Virginia’s Primary election this last Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Cantor lost to a virtual unknown, Dave Brat an economics professor. I believe the GOP rhinos might be a little concerned! As you read this comment by Peter King, think about what he’s really saying, “What Ted Cruz did last year was suicidal. I hope that doesn’t become party policy. So, we can’t allow Eric’s defeat last night, allow the Ted Cruzes and the Rand Pauls to take over the party, or their disciples to take over the party.”
I want you to take a moment here and put your name, your neighbor’s name in the place of Cruze & Paul…. “We can allow the Beth Schoenebergs, the John Smiths, the Tom Duley’s, the Hatfields or the McCoys to take over OUR PARTY! Whose Party? Is King saying the Party isn’t about the people, the voters? Who voted for Dave Brat? Ted Cruz and Ron Paul aren’t residents of Virginia… The GOP has been losing because they are NOT in touch with THE PEOPLE! They keep trying to take democrat votes instead of earning votes of and by the people.
