3959 – July 30, 2026 – The Volatility of Our Times – We discuss from time to time the instability and unpredictability of the stock market. We watch the gas prices, food prices and textile prices rise and fall… mostly rise. BUT there’s a volatility in the air that simply cannot remain. Like the financial crisis we talk about, there is also a morality crisis which will eventually destroy all, or will cave in on itself leaving a multitude of casualties behind.
We are seeing this every day in our nation and around the world. As you know, I contend it is caused by a falling away from God OR an out and out denying of God. Much to the chagrin of the haters, our nation was founded on Biblical principles and laws… Judeo Christian values and morals. When the foundation is damaged (forgotten) the evils of men will then attempt to take over.
I like to quote John Adams: “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
