3825 – January 23, 2026 – Beware of FROST Quakes! – BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE! – They say when you have “NOT MUCH” to talk about, you’ll talk about the weather…. BUT maybe, when extreme weather, “trumps” all the current news… we should talk about it.
When I was a little girl… and I was little… I thought I wanted to play out in the snow and ride the sleds like my older brothers… BUT I found out that snowball fights were not my forte… (I throw like a girl)… still do… MOM would bundle us (me) up so heavily, I could barely move… much less run from the older brothers, who’s idea of “winning” that snowball fight VICTORY LAP… was catching me and holding my face in the snow. Being a little girl, I went in crying… daddy didn’t know what just happened… I said I was cold… and he commented, “If you can’t stand the cold don’t go out.” SO I DIDN’T! At least the rest of that day! I succumbed to my oldest brother’s victory… now realize, I was 4 years younger than him. LOL YES, I forgive him BUT … I’m still not going out to have a snowball fight with him…. 😊
IT WAS COLD IN DAVOS THIS WEEK BUT… President Trump warned up the crowd! 😊
