2753 – December 15, 2021 – BILL OF RIGHTS DAY – JUST SAY NO… The Constitution uses “no” and “not” 24 times in the first seven articles when talking about government restraint. The Bill of Rights uses those two words 22 more times. It’s very obvious that the founding fathers wanted their government severely limited.
