Meet the New Bully: The Dept. of Social Services

STRONG FAMILIIES EQUAL A STRONG NATION

Strong Families Equal a Strong Nation

Bringing America Home is more than just a slogan to me…  There is so much confusion, chaos and corruption within the bureaucracy of our so-called government that it reaches even across the seas.

My guest today was Matt Virgiin.  Although Matt is Australian he’s the Director of Family Divisions for Americans United Against Tyranny.  Matt’s heart is committed to helping families abused and bullied by the Dept. of Social Services.

Corruption is widespread throughout this Republic that has been taken over by bureaucracy…  If you remember in 1997 Bill Clinton signed a bill called H.R. 867: the Adoption Incentives Bill.

According to Matt:  With this Bill for every child adopted out Child Protection Services around America receives a “commission” for every child they adopt out and more if the child is disabled. This has become an epidemic in the circles of Child Protective Services and now it has gotten out of hand. They Police themselves; show up to people houses without warrants or investigation. They accuse families of abuse though, when finding no evidence, they still keep the case open.

The question is where does this money come from? Where does Child Protective Services get their funding to what seems to be the Human Trafficking of American Children.   Where does the budget cover such a thing for Child Protective Services to gain incentives (bonuses one might say) from Adopting out children?

It is called Title IV Funding, The Social Security Act.

ADOPTION INCENTIVE PAYMENTS

Sec. 473A. [42 U.S.C. 673b] (a) Grant Authority.—Subject to the availability of such amounts as may be provided in advance in appropriations Acts for this purpose, the Secretary shall make a grant to each State that is an incentive-eligible State for a fiscal year in an amount equal to the adoption incentive payment payable to the State under this section for the fiscal year, which shall be payable in the immediately succeeding fiscal year.

Though the previous statement looks innocent and just another budget for another Government Department, it is what is under section D that is the most shocking.

(d) Adoption Incentive Payment.—

(1) In general.—Except as provided in paragraph (2), the adoption incentive payment payable to a State for a fiscal year under this section shall be equal to the sum of—

(A) $4,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of foster child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of foster child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year;

(B) $4,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of special needs adoptions that are not older child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of special needs adoptions that are not older child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year; and

(C) $8,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of older child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of older child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year.

(2) Pro rata adjustment if insufficient funds available.—For any fiscal year, if the total amount of adoption incentive payments otherwise payable under this section for a fiscal year exceeds the amount appropriated pursuant to subsection (h) for the fiscal year, the amount of the adoption incentive payment payable to each State under this section for the fiscal year shall be—

(A) the amount of the adoption incentive payment that would otherwise be payable to the State under this section for the fiscal year; multiplied by

(B) the percentage represented by the amount so appropriated for the fiscal year, divided by the total amount of adoption incentive payments otherwise payable under this section for the fiscal year.

For every child, Child Protective Services Adopts out, they receive $4,000 as a commission payment to the department from where the child has been adopted out.   That’s $4,000 for EVERY child that’s taken from a home and adopted out into the “system.”

Unfortunately Matt has an overload of cases; families who are being harassed and bullied by our own Social Services; Kind of makes you wonder what “services” they are rendering and perhaps if there’s a new meaning to the word social – as in a network of human trafficking…     Visit the website www.AmericansUnitedAgainstTyranny.com and see how you can help.   Matt is a volunteer you can volunteer too or give as you feel led to give – whatever you decide – Help stop government from destroying that which is not only precious but that which is our future’s hope; Our Children & Our Families!

The children of this nation are the future of this nation – we cannot continue to allow families to be attacked and bullied by government bureaucrats eager to make a few extra dollars for their “services.”   Hillary once said, “It takes a Village,” today we’re told that our children belong to the community…  I say, We Are Created in the Image of God and He created the Family!

Strong families make a strong nation…  why do we continue to allow such invasion of privacy and destruction of our nation’s families?

George Washington Quote

WE DO NOT ~ in anyway advocate child neglect or child abuse of any kind!!!   However, it’s obvious that in many cases across this nation the abuse is not coming from within the family structure but from within the established bureaucracy of government social services.  Let’s protect the children who are in abusive situations and/or suffering from extreme neglect BUT let’s also protect the establishment of family and make this nation strong!

SIX THINGS DONT MESS WITH

Let’s continue to work together and
