ARE WE FREE?
Don Jans was my guest today – He is an American grandfather concerned about the future his grandchildren will face should “We the People” not wake up and realize what’s at hand.
Our Founding Fathers sacrificed greatly that we might live as free people. As the Greek Proverb says, “A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” Our Founding Fathers planted those trees of liberty for the future generations to live as free…. They never enjoyed such shade themselves. It’s time for us to prune those trees of liberty that our children, our grandchildren might live in freemen and not slaves!
To do this we must stand together – we must be brave enough to face the truths and educate one another as to the devious deeds of all those who are leadership. Let me at this point share with you the e-mail I received from Don – this is just part of what we discussed on air.
ARE WE FREE? READ AND RESEARCH BEFORE YOU ANSWER
Early November of 2008, Obama now head of the regime and Marxist/Progressives warned that he was about to fundamentally transform the United States. We now know he meant the transformation from a free capitalist society to a totalitarian Marxist society. Marx explained it would take despotic means to bring about this transformation and would require a totalitarian state ruled by the dictatorship of the proletariat.
In April of 2009 we find the following.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis did release an unclassified 9 page report called “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” It was issued to law enforcement agencies according to an April 15, 2009 statement by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano.
A right wing extremist was defined generally as a person who believed in the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights.
Directive No. 3025.18, “Defense Support of Civil Authorities,” was issued Dec. 29, 2010, and states that U.S. commanders “are provided emergency authority under this directive.”
The troubling aspect of the directive outlines presidential authority for the use of military arms and forces, including unarmed drones, in operations against domestic unrest.
“This appears to be the latest step in the administration’s decision to use force within the United States against its citizens,” said a defense official opposed to the directive.
This is a list of Executive Orders in force that outlines Emergency Powers. The plan for total control of every aspect of our lives has been under construction for a long time. As you read these Executive Orders, bear in mind that they mean nothing by themselves. They are not law, nor can they become law by and of themselves. However, because they are not law does not mean that a rogue regime who defines Freedom Loving Constitutional Believing Americans as Right Wing Extremists with terrorist tendencies is not above enforcing an Executive Order to further advance their ideological beliefs.
Executive Order #10995: Seizure of all communications media in the United States.
Executive Order #10997: Seizure of all electric power fuels and minerals, public and private.
Executive Order # 10998: Seizure of all food resources and farms.
Executive Order #10999: Seizure of all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control of highways, seaports and waterways.
Executive Order #11000: Seizure of all American people for work forces under federal supervision including the splitting of families if the government finds it necessary.
Executive Order #11001: Seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, public and private.
Executive Order #11002: Empowered the postmaster general to register all men, women and children in the U.S.
Executive Order #11003: Seizure of all airports and aircraft.
Executive Order #11004: Seizure of all housing and finance authorities to establish Forced Relocation Designated areas to be abandoned as “unsafe.”
Executive Order #11005: Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, public and private.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051: specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310: grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921: allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
This order gives an unprecedented level of authority to the President and the federal government to take over all the fundamental parts of our economy – in the name of national security – in times of national emergency. This means all of our water resources, construction services and materials (steel, concrete, etc.), our civil transportation system, food and health resources, our energy supplies including oil and natural gas – even farm equipment – can be taken over by the President and his cabinet secretaries. The Government can also draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill “labor requirements” for the purposes of “national defense.” There is not even any Congressional oversight, only briefings are required.
An Executive order was issued on July 6, 2013. Under the Executive Order, entitled ‘Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions’, the White House is given the ability to control all forms of private communications within the nation under the tired guise of ‘national security’. I can only find this Executive Order when I search Executive Order of July 6, 2013.
WHY? WHY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE would government of any free nation ever use such power? Tyrants, dictators and rulers of totalitarian Marxist societies have always accumulated total power and control. The United States is a free society that admires independence and ingenuity of the individual; don’t we?

Freedom against religion, criminal abuse in veteran’s healthcare systems, non-violent criminalizing of American tax dollar abuse, mandated laws, overreach of unwanted policing agencies in government, alienated in the marketplace by lobbyist high dollar controls, progressive control and instability over people’s professions in the marketplace, unwanted wild predators depleting ranch and farm animals, failing education, and burdensome taxes.
Monopolist overreach in government is not freedom. Freedom came to America when crown monarchy was defeated, and reformation toward these actions ended with God’s blessings.
Law in the land had to be established and America’s first rule of law was drafted from God’s commandments – located in the Holy Bible. American freedom is founded in this belief. God’s commandments are the first rule for (do no harm) to any mankind, but this same rule is applied to judge violating actions of mankind. That which is fair and equitably balanced in law toward this nation’s peoples.
The People’s representation (to do no harm) toward the Constitution of the United States of America has happened. (We The People) need restitution of our Constitutional freedoms.
